Director, Digital Media Sales

Punchbowl,, a party planning and digital greeting cards consumer Internet company, is looking for an experienced Digital Media sales person to help drive revenue for the business. As the Director of Digital Media Sales, you understand what it takes to develop leads, cultivate relationships, and close deals. You’re equally comfortable taking a warm lead to the finish line as you are breaking down doors to find the best contact at a company you don’t know well. You have infectious enthusiasm and ability to present products and services as the best in the marketplace.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals and quotas  
• Make outbound calls to agency and partner prospects, seek decision makers, qualify and convert new business
• Build, maintain and own a thorough prospect and target list through our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Utilize phone, email and the web to effectively communicate our offerings
• Partner with internal marketing team to implement lead generation initiatives
• Develop and take ownership of customer relationships

Qualifications:

• Determination, grit, and easy ability to deal with rejection
• Adaptable and love working in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Persuasive communication skills (we're looking for an extrovert, not an introvert)
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, self-driven and independent
• Possess the skills to turn leads into closed sales
• 5-10 years of digital advertising sales experience, preferably with experience in licensing (SaaS)
• You live within a 45 minute drive of Framingham, MA
