About the Opportunity

As Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Learn the product inside and out - become an expert, a NetProspex ninja.
  • Work with customers and colleagues to create solutions - it's not a numbers game, it's about creating value for everyone involved.
  • Provide technical support to customers and fellow colleagues - sometimes you just need to hold their hand.
  • Manage our trouble ticket system, service and route requests - help us put the 'Zen' in Zendesk (http://www.zendesk.com/).
  • Be the customer's advocate for product feedback and changes - be the voice of the people.
  • Develop Documentation and FAQs - help the customers help themselves.
  • Help upsell, manage, and retain customers - everyone sells, everyday.
  • Collaborate with Marketing - help us tell the customer's story.
  • Help refine processes to more efficiently and effectively serve our customers - we're a tech company, let's use tech!
  • Get involved in QA, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales efforts - you'll wear many hats, and you'll learn a lot

About You

To be a good fit, you must:

  • Be a stellar communicator - both to customers, and internally to the team.
  • Be a fast learner - motivated self-starter, yada yada yada... but we mean it.
  • Be a problem solver - critical thinking is... well... critical.
  • Be versatile - be ready to constantly change gears, and keep an open mind about what the future holds
