The PS (Professional Services) Cloud Technology Enablement Manager will work very closely with ClickSoftware's PS delivery teams as well as Partner Alliances, Sales & Customer Services teams to ensuring that ClickSoftware’s deployments of FSE (Field Service Edge) software is successfully deployed. This includes new implementation as well as complex migrations to FSE are setup for success. This role enables ClickSoftware to foster high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Provide PS and Partners with guidance/support on how to setup and build a successful delivery practice when working with our services team
  • Introduce PS Partners to FSE joint implementation methodology as part of the on-boarding and migration process
  • Providing direction with PS and Partners regarding team activities by phase and assist with facilitating information, provide validation, and team assist with decision-making processes around new FSE implementations and migrations
  • Educate PS and Partners in the deployment best practices around; pre-sales project scoping, training, course curriculums & certifications. Additional focus on on post-sales deployment support
  • Ensure that ClickSoftware PS engagements are appropriate for Partner delivery capability and client complexities are being mapped and delivered in the right amount of time at the right time
  • Build strategic working relationships with ClickSoftware’s Partner Alliances team
  • Assist PS and Partner Alliance team in managing the business relationship with key strategic Partners from an FSE implementation perspective
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our FSE Delivery enablement processes, tools, and systems
  • Build global PS and Partner enablement materials and drive adoption of best practices for the delivery of ClickSoftware’s FSE solutions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (technical degree or master’s degree a plus)
  • 10+ years’ work experience in a client-facing or partner-orientated role (experience in cloud technologies, software client account management, or leadership a plus)
  • Strong customer facing skills (executive presence, writing skills, etc.)
  • Demonstrable success as a strong negotiator and influencer
  • Experience with deploying or supporting enterprise software strongly preferred, especially in cloud deployed solutions
  • Ability to communicate technical details to a non-technical audience. Ability to foster credibility with a technical audience
  • Ability to set and communicate expectations; skill in mediating and resolving problems
  • Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and process a number of tasks concurrently
  • Strong judgment with the proven ability to balance growth, retention and profitability business goals against operational constraints and risk
  • Willingness to travel.
