As the Client Services Director you will be responsible for the success of our top enterprise clients. This is a very high exposure role that includes an equal mix of client facing activities and the working closely with the entire Bullhorn organization.
 
In this strategic role you will oversee the processes around support, professional services, product and adoption. You will proactively engage with your client’s executives, operational teams and end users via phone and in person.
 
As the Client Director, a typical day might include the following:
  • Working with key stakeholders to build a trusted relationship
  • Attending and at times coordinating weekly (bi-weekly) calls with your clients
  • Planning and attending quarterly business reviews
  • Documenting each account’s details and environment
  • Collaborating across departments to provide the best answers for our clients inquiries
  • Create and maintain a standardize health report that is an agreed upon by Bullhorn and clients
  • Providing customer feedback to our technical teams and suggesting improvements to positively impact customer satisfaction
This job might be for you if:
  • You have a proven track record in enterprise account management for services and support functions
  • You can be available day to day, hour to hour for our largest enterprise clients
  • You have the ability to understand complex technical environments at a high level and can communicate effectively regarding needs and challenges
  • You have awesome customer service skills
  • You are able to work effectively under pressure and multitask several projects
  • You are willing to exhaust all efforts to understand and resolve client issues
  • You have a solid experience in enterprise software solutions or business application software
