Role Description
The Client Partner is a senior customer focused leader on
the DataXu’s Global Services team. The DataXu
Services team is responsible for creating customer success through
implementation of DataXu technology as well as active account service,
training, and strategic consulting. The
team owns the customer relationship from pre-implementation vision onward
through the customer lifecycle and creates a trusted advisor relationship that
ensures success. The Client Partner is
immediately responsible for customer success, becoming a trusted partner of the
customer and driving maximum value from the customer’s investment in the DataXu
platform. The Client Partner is a key
customer advocate within DataXu, partnering with the customer to drive enhanced
business processes, high impact utilization of the platform, and delivery of
the customer’s long term roadmap. The
position is a key leader within the DataXu Services team and a partner of the
Sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Become a trusted advisor to the customer. Deliver tangible, demonstrable and strategic
value. Own customer success for the
Client Partner’s accounts
- Activate, adopt, and expand use of the DataXu
platform to broadly build long term, joint customer / DataXu success. Partner with sales to expand customer
adoption of additional DataXu solutions
- Develop and evangelize account plans for
customers that achieve mutual customer/DataXu success and relationship
growth. Execute the plans to achieve
financial and operational objectives
- Advocate for the customer within DataXu to
exceed customer expectations
- Drive client to reference account status by
building strategic value and ensuring customer’s tactical success
- Lead and represent the customer account team
that delivers campaign and marketing services, strategic consulting, technical
implementations, and education
- Coach and develop Services talent that will be
the next generation of leadership
Requirements
- Senior level services sales and delivery leader
with proven ability to develop and drive the combined value proposition of enterprise
software and services
- 10+ years of consulting or services experience including
responsibility for services sales. Excellent
Solution Selling skills including relationship management principles and
demonstrated success creating new business opportunities
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong
relationships with customers especially at the executive level
- Intellect and presence to contribute to the
DataXu field and corporate teams
- Confident quantitative thinker and proponent for
the business impact of “big data”
- Track record of leading teams to meet/exceed
sales and delivery goals
- Demonstrated ability to direct and coach a team
of “A” players in a top tier, highly professional, complex, and customer facing
services business
- Experience in advertising or the marketing
services industry
- Experience in a startup or mid size company,
particularly delivering SaaS products, preferred
