A dynamic sales business development role awaits you here at HealthcareSource.  In this position, you will join a fantastic team to generate, create and nurture interest in our cutting edge software products and schedule appointments for our sales team.  Gather account intelligence, support webinar and event attendance, and qualify leads. Only experienced business-to-business inside sales, business development, telemarketing or appointment setting professionals will be considered. This position reports to the Senior Director of Sales and is based in Woburn, Massachusetts.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Collaborate with assigned sales reps to develop territory and support them on targeted initiatives
  • Research target accounts, develop customized messaging, and cold call to create interest and demand for our solutions
  • Follow up on marketing program contacts and set appointments for sales
  • Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing programs
  • Increase attendance at webinars and events
  • Maintain accurate contact, account, and activity data in Salesforce.com
  • Meet or exceed targets and metrics 
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of successful telemarketing or appointment setting experience, supporting a field sales team
  • Software company experience
  • Experience and comfort with Salesforce.com or other similar sales force automation software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Formal training in sales or telemarketing techniques
  • Proven experience qualifying and building relationships with corporate executives
  • Experience with business-to-business solutions, ideally enterprise software application
  • Tireless, motivated, confident, determined professional with great communications skills, integrity and judgment
  • Desire to grow and build your sales career
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Healthcare and/or Human Resources experience preferred
