About the Role:
Upserve is looking for a Campaign Manager to join its growing Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation this position will be responsible for creation, execution, tracking and optimization of our integrated demand generation campaigns. - Build, execute, and track campaigns which drive leads for Upserve and its product portfolio
-Gather and analyze campaign performance to determine success, help set future KPIs and continually optimize messaging and channels
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create segmented audiences and robust campaigns through a combination of efforts that help to deliver a solid prospective customer experience, and ultimately generate purchase interest
-Take ownership of all direct response campaigns including but not limited to digital, OOH, affiliates and print channels
-Collaborate with creative, web development, search marketing and email marketing teams to optimize campaign performance
-Develop optimization strategies both on a campaign-by-campaign basis and on channel basis to maximize volume and efficiency of lead generation
-Perform quality assurance and regular reporting for all campaigns. Manage and optimize campaign performance daily.
-Communicate clearly and regularly with cross-functional teams including sales
-Assist Marketing team with requested tasks
Required Skills & Experience:
-Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Marketing or related field
-Prior experience in developing and executing highly successful marketing programs
-Knowledge of marketing & campaign reporting, dashboards and KPIs
-Strong understanding of Social Media advertising, conversion optimization, marketing automation tools like Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, and CRM like Salesforce
-Extremely strong communication skills, especially business writing
-Be a master of tactics; but, also enjoy creatively identifying opportunities to uplevel marketing
-Knowledge or understanding of SasS products and hospitality industry is a plus
-Experience managing affiliates and partner relationships is a plus
-Desire to continually learn and improve.
-Passion for taking risks, improving processes, and making data-driven decisions
-Analytical with experience using data for A/B testing, segmentation and personalization
-Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
