As the Billing Support Specialist you will be working closely with the Billing Support and Revenue teams to provide updates on customer statuses. You will work with several departments to create an incredible customer experience with invoicing inquiries. You will proactively work with your manager and clients to properly maintain invoicing.
As a Billing Support Specialist, a typical day might include:
· Actively monitoring phones and ticketing system for incoming billing queries
· Gathering the required information to help resolve client inquiries efficiently
· Extensively researching billing issues
· Managing client expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution
· Collaborating with team members to manage and escalate client inquiries
