POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES


The Associate, Media Services is a member of the Media Services Department and will coordinate execution and provide analytics support for BzzAgent’s online and offline word-of-mouth marketing programs.  The right individual will have demonstrated project management and/or analytics experience, preferably in a marketing and/or media capacity.  The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and have the ambition to grow into a client relationship management role.  This position‘s responsibilities include:

Production
•    Develop and manage campaign schedules, coordinate team output and manage inbound and outbound receipt of
     materials.
•    Manage proactive, personable and professional day-to-day communication with clients and colleagues relating to
     scheduling meetings, reviews, deliverables and other inputs, all with an eye to superb service delivery and re-sale.
•    Consistently and reliably juggle multiple projects on-time through day-to-day internal team and traffic management.
•    Address day-to-day problems from clients, vendors and colleagues, including taking the initiative to identify solutions.
•    Insure quality control with all BzzAgent, client and project standards and expectations.
•    Make internal and client presentations of project plans, status updates and campaign results.

Analytics
•    Inform the design and strategies of client programs using the learning and best practices derived from cross-campaign
     analyses.
•    Lead the design, implementation, and management of measurement for client programs including analyzing quantitative
     and qualitative data, survey design and analysis, consumer insight generation, ROI analysis.
•    Provide result updates and consumer insights to clients during the live phases of client programs.
•    Create program results reports, in collaboration with other members of the Media Services Department, and present
     results to clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidates will demonstrate successful experience with the responsibilities detailed above, and will possess many if not all of the following important traits:

•    1-3 years directly relevant project management and/or analytics experience, preferably in a marketing/agency/media
     context
•    Demonstrated experience creating and managing project plans for marketing-oriented campaigns
•    Exceptional organizational and project management skills (candidates must be truly gifted at managing multiple priorities,
     projects and clients in a calm, professional manner)
•    Strong speaking, writing and presentation skills (proofing skills required)
•    Ability to influence colleagues to adhere to deadlines and deliverables
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (project management application a plus)
•    Team player who is able to interact with a variety of individuals and teams
•    Personable, professional and pleasant demeanor
•    Experience running Web QA and related project testing a plus
•    Knowledge of SPSS, database structures and/or SQL a plus
•    Experience implementing/measuring digital/social media programs a plus

EDUCATION

Bachelors degree, preferably in a related field.
