Ronald W. Hovsepian
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Ronald W. Hovsepian was appointed president, chief executive officer and director in December 2011. Previously, Ron Hovsepian served as president and chief executive officer of Novell, Inc., from 2005 to 2011. He joined Novell in 2003 as executive vice president and president, worldwide field operations. Before that, Hovsepian held management and executive positions at IBM Corporation over a 17-year period, including worldwide general manager of IBM's distribution industries, manager of global hardware and software development, sales, marketing and services. Hovsepian currently serves as a non-executive chairman of the board of directors of the Ann Taylor Corporation, and as a member of the board of directors of ANSYS, Inc. In addition, Hovsepian served as managing director with Bear Stearns Asset Management, a technology venture capital fund, and managing director of Internet Capital Group, a venture capital firm, during his 28-year career. Hovsepian received a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College.
Executive Vice President of Human Resources
She is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive global leadership experience. Michal comes to Intralinks from Adama Agricultural Solutions, where she led human resources in Asia and the Americas. Prior to Adama, she was the leader of global compensation and benefits at Comverse. Before Comverse, Michal worked at Ernst & Young – Tel Aviv as a director of global employment solutions. She began her career serving as a corporate attorney for law firms in Israel. Michal has a BA in Economy and Business as well as an LLB in Law from Hebrew University and completed Driving Performance Through Talent Management at Harvard Business School.
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Chris is an experienced executive leader who most recently was EVP and chief financial officer at Gartner, Inc., the multinational, NYSE-listed information technology research firm. Chris worked in several financial roles at Gartner for more than 8 years leading up to his tenure as CFO. Prior to that, he worked in financial analyst roles at IBM, Coopers & Lybrand, and JP Morgan. Chris is a board member of Habitat for Humanity of Coastal Fairfield County, board member and treasurer of Childcare Learning Centers, an MBA Advisory Board member for the University of Florida, and an Advisory Board member for the Masters of Risk Management Program at the University of Connecticut. Chris received an MBA in finance and accounting from Columbia Business School and a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of Connecticut.
Chief Marketing Officer
As CMO, Jay drives strategy and execution across awareness, positioning, products, and demand generation globally. Prior to Intralinks, Jay was the global marketing leader for IBM’s Software Defined Infrastructure portfolio for cloud, analytics, and big data. Earlier, he was CMO at Platform Computing, where he successfully repositioned the company as a cloud management and analytics leader, prior to being acquired by IBM. He previously worked at PTC where he built and was the General Manager of SaaS data management and collaboration offerings and was a strategy consultant at Booz*Allen & Hamilton. Jay holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales & Services
As EVP of Worldwide Sales & Services, Leif manages all aspects of our ability to identify and deliver business value through the Intralinks solution portfolio. Previously, he was the Senior Vice President of Sales, Americas at Intralinks. Prior to Intralinks, Leif was SVP Worldwide Sales Operations at Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), after being promoted through a series of increasingly responsible VP and SVP roles. Before PTC, he worked as a Regional Sales Manager at ADP. Leif is a member of the board of the Golden Puck Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston College.
