President and Chief Executive Officer
Jeff serves as president and CEO of Eze Software and has been with the company since 1999. During his tenure he has held a number of leadership and executive positions, including chief operating officer from 2005 to 2012, and prior to that he was chief technology officer. Jeff also served as executive managing director on the executive committee for former parent company ConvergEx Group from 2006 until the formation of Eze Software in 2013.
Prior to joining the company, Jeff worked for Andersen Consulting in their technology practice. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where he received a bachelor degree in Engineering and History.
Executive Managing Director, Americas Sales
Michael oversees new sales and buy-side business development in the Americas for Eze Software.
Michael joined Eze in 2000 when he was hired to launch Eze OMS operations in New York. He has held a number of leadership positions, including head of eastern U.S. Eze OMS operations and managing director of global business development. Previously, Michael was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a graduate of Boston College, where he received his Bachelor in Finance.

Executive Managing Director, Strategy
Rob serves as head of strategy for Eze Software and oversees the firm's corporate development efforts.
Previously he was head of R&D, overseeing product management, development, and IT and was responsible for strategic planning and execution for all of Eze Software’s products and services. He has held numerous leadership positions in his long tenure with the company. He joined the company in 2000 as an Eze OMS consultant, and was responsible for launching operations for Eze OMS in London in 2001.
Before joining the company, Rob was a vice president at Fleet Securities. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and received his MBA from the Boston University School of Management. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Executive Managing Director, EMEA
David oversees business development, sales, and client service in EMEA for Eze Software.
David joined the company in 1999 and has held several leadership positions in his tenure, including head of strategy. He also served as executive managing director and head of strategy and marketing for former parent company ConvergEx Group from 2006 until the creation of Eze Software Group in 2013.
David is a former trader and spent 12 years at Bridge Information Systems in various management positions, including senior vice president of transaction services. He has been a member of the board of directors at Code Red Inc. and Riley Technologies. David holds a Bachelor in Finance from Providence College. He is Series 7, 8, and 24 registered.
Senior Managing Director, Client Service Operations
Senior Managing Director, Information Technology
Azmi is responsible for ensuring that Eze Software' global strategic and operational needs for IT infrastructure, systems, applications and services are met at a world class level. This spans global support of Eze’s 1200+ employees as well as back-end support of data centers and cloud technologies for Eze products and customers.
Azmi brings 30+ years of experience in companies ranging from SMB through Fortune 50. Most recently he was CIO at Intralinks (now Synchronoss) a provider of private clouds for secure collaboration. Prior to this he was CIO at Ipswitch, Inc. and VP of IT and Customer Services at Artisoft/Vertical Communications. The early part of Azmi’s career was at Monsanto and its spin-off Solutia, supporting R&D technology needs globally. Azmi holds a Masters in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. In 2013 Azmi was awarded CIO of the Year by Boston Business Journal and Mass High Tech.
Senior Managing Director, Human Resources
Mike serves as the senior managing director in charge of human resources and recruiting functions at Eze Software. He joined the company in May 2017 with more than 20 years of experience in multiple human resources functions such as compensation, benefits, talent management, payroll, travel, and field HR operations.
Prior to joining Eze, Mike served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. He has also served in several HR roles at Crump Group Inc., Olympus America, Automatic Data Processing, and PepsiCo. He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, and holds a Bachelor from Ithaca College and a Master in Human Resources Management from Mercy College.
Senior Managing Director, Americas Client Service
Mike oversees the client solutions, engagement, and success teams of experts responsible for supporting clients with training and consultation as they install, use and upgrade Eze Software. His team of financial industry experts are responsible for delivering continuous improvement of mission-critical processes for our clients.
Prior to joining Eze Software in 2016, Mike was vice president at Capgemini, a global professional services firm, where he oversaw global teams focused on technology-enable change initiatives. These large-scale process and technology programs tackled core functions at Global 2000 companies looking for revenue-generating or cost-saving changes to core processes. Prior to Capgemini, Mike worked at several other global consultancies including IBM, Hitachi, and Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor degree from Northwestern University and a MBA from The Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
Senior Managing Director, Marketing
Brad joined Eze Software Group as senior managing director overseeing marketing in 2016. In this role, he drives brand strategy, messaging, thought leadership, corporate communications, and events. He is responsible for Eze Software’s brand and reputation management around the globe.
Before joining Eze Software, Brad was senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Akamai Technologies, where he oversaw global marketing and partner sales organizations. A 15-year veteran at the market-leading content delivery giant, Brad also held positions in sales, sales management, sales engineering, and training. Prior to Akamai, Brad was SVP and general manager at several New Horizons CLC divisions. Brad holds Bachelor degrees in Marketing and Economics from Baylor University.
General Counsel and Secretary
Chad is responsible for the company’s global legal and compliance matters and serves as corporate secretary. Previously, Chad was an associate general counsel responsible for the investment technologies segment for former parent company ConvergEx Group from 2006 until the formation of Eze Software Group in 2013. Chad joined ConvergEx Group as part of the formation team from The Bank of New York.
Previously, he worked as an associate at the law firms of Shearman & Sterling and Fish & Neave. Chad graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Managing Director, Cloud Engineering
Sunil joined Eze Software in 2016 overseeing cloud product development. In this role, he is responsible for software engineering, architecture, security, site reliability, and quality assurance for our cloud product.
Sunil brings with him over 20 years of experience in the information technology field. Before joining Eze, Sunil most recently was Vice President of Engineering at Fidelity Investments, overseeing mission critical infrastructure, security, and the mobile portfolio for Fidelity’s SaaS platform within the workplace investing division. He has held various senior technical leadership roles during his long career at Fidelity. Sunil holds a bachelor's in Computer Engineering from Mangalore University, a master's in Computer Science from University of South Carolina, and a MBA from University of Massachusetts.
Managing Director, Asia Pacific
R.G. serves as Managing Director in Asia Pacific and is responsible for all new sales, business development, and client service in the region. He joined the company in 2003 as a consultant based in San Francisco and was promoted to Director of Consulting for the Western U.S. in 2005. He relocated to Hong Kong in 2008 to launch Eze Software’s first Asia Pacific location and since then has overseen the opening of offices in Sydney and Singapore. Under his leadership, Eze Software’s Asia-Pacific presence has grown from one locally-based client to 175, and the sales and support staff has expanded from two employees to 53.
Before joining the company, R.G. was a trader for a hedge fund. R.G. graduated from Pomona College, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and passed his CFA Level 3 exams in 2011.
Managing Director, Product and Engineering
Bill is responsible for the company’s product management function, as well as engineering for Eze Software Investment Suite. In this capacity, he’s responsible for defining and delivering on all aspects of the company’s product vision and strategy. Having joined Eze in 2015, Bill brings with him more than 25 years of experience in hardware and software product management, engineering and consulting at companies ranging from startup to Fortune 500.
Managing Director, India Development Center
Vasanta joined Eze Software as the managing director of the India Development Center. She is responsible for leading operations and overseeing the development of the India office for its product development and client services organization.
Before joining Eze, Vasanta was VP of product at Model N, where she was responsible for global product delivery of the Life Sciences and High Tech product suites. Prior to Model N, she served JDA Software for eight years as VP of product development, managing the retail product suite at CoE Hyderabad. She specializes in building organizations from the ground up, focusing on operational excellence, innovation, and talent development.
Vasanta graduated from University of Nagpur, where she earned her Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering.
