Web is one of the most crucial sources of customer insights for many businesses. In this interactive workshop we will talk about web analytics and using it as a cornerstone for developing customer centric websites. During the time, we will also talk about evolution, current trends and future of Web analytics with some real time (and exciting) case studies.
Sahidya Devadoss is a software engineer at Forrester Research who believes in business-to-technology, technology-to-business approach. In her everyday work she focuses on steering her technical repertoire towards strategizing technology roadmap and building innovative web products in digital media.
Doors open at 6:15pm; if you arrive before 6:15pm, please wait in the 1st floor lobby, as no one will be available to let you in upstairs. We encourage you to arrive by 6:45pm to get a good seat and meet other attendees. The talk will begin promptly at 7:00pm.
