Description: How do we stop riding the cycle of frenzy so that we can be happier, have more energy and get what we want from work and from life? How can we be more productive, have the greatest influence on our organizations, and meet goals without sacrificing our own well-being? Learn the three major obstacles faced by many executive women – and what you can do to avoid them. Understand the limits of time management and how to get the results you want by re-thinking your business model. Our speaker will discuss small changes that make a big difference and give insights from executive women and men who have successfully increased their effectiveness. You will come away with three specific approaches you can use to achieve a greater impact. Speaker: Christine Duvivier has worked with hundreds of leaders in high tech, medical products, and other industries for over 20 years. Christine incorporates a rare blend of first-hand experience leading major change in a Fortune 50 technology firm, and expertise in strengths-based coaching for executives. She guides leaders as they strive to create positive change, at both the personal and organizational level. She founded Impact Partners to coach and facilitate executives who desire to lead strategic change through strength, optimism, and resilience. Bringing out the best in future talent – today’s teens – is the topic of Christine’s most recent research. She has identified hidden, untapped potential in teens that are not top students and as a result, founded Positive Leaders LLC in order to guide students and parents to elicit the full potential of our future leaders. Christine earned a Master’s in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She also holds an MBA and the Wall Street Journal Award from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science from University of Delaware.
