Description

This two class series gives you a solid foundation in website building. First, we get you set up with the (free) software you’ll need. Then we dig right into HTML, learning about tags and putting together pages. With that behind us, we talk about some of the finer points of HTML and cover the nuts and bolts of getting your work online. This course is the perfect precursor to our CSS: Styles & Layouts class and a prerequisite for almost every other class we teach.

Thursdays @ 6:30-8:30pm (Doors open at 6:00pm to get a good seat, grab a snack and get set up)

Class 1 November 8th: Code editors + Hello World HTML

Class 2 November 15th: Web semantics + Getting your work online

All the notes for the course will be available online for you to use during and after the class.
