What's the difference between creating a mobile application and a mobile company?  Since many mobile apps are launched as side projects, at what stage of success do they justify forming a company?  This expert lunch will feature a mobile entrepreneur and a VC, and will explore the difference between creating a mobile app and a mobile company, and the fundraising and liability implications for each. 

Working lunch programs are hosted by TCN's professional service sponsors in New England to provide tactical level information designed to accelerate entrepreneurial development and fundraising processes for Boston-area startups.
