Sue Bergamo Sue Bergamo – CIO
Net Atlantic

As the Chief Information Officer, Sue brings her leadership and broad technology experience to Net Atlantic and is focused on the growth of the company through its application and service offerings.

Prior to joining Net Atlantic, Sue held the position of CIO at BTE Consulting and was the CIO for two of Aramark’s apparel companies, Galls and Wearguard-Crest. She has also held positions as the head of enterprise data management and business intelligence at the Staples Corporation and as the head of enterprise application development for CVS/pharmacy.

She has an AS in Computer Science from Tunxis College and a BS in Business Administration from Post University. Sue is a member of the CIO Executive Council and Society for Information Management (SIM).

Bill Brown Bill Brown – CIO

Bill Brown is Veracode’s Chief Information Officer and SVP of IT/SaaS Operations and is responsible for making IT, Systems Engineering, and Operations a strategic asset in scaling Veracode’s SaaS platform. In 2010, Bill was recognized as a Computerworld Premier 100 IT Leader, an award that recognizes outstanding technology professionals who have successfully aligned technology with overall business goals to advance their company’s critical IT initiatives.

Prior to joining Veracode, Bill was CIO at Avid where he and his team provided operational support for Avid's cloud offerings as well as maintained the continued alignment of information systems and business strategies to ensure the highest level of operational effectiveness. Before Avid, Bill was at Iron Mountain where he served in several senior leadership roles, including CIO, and he has more than 25 years of management experience in information technology, operations/logistics and electronic commerce.

Bill was a co-founder and executive vice president of PCs Compleat, a PC retailer/distributor acquired by CompUSA and has also held senior management positions at PC Connection,, JWP/Businessland and Merisel.

Bill holds a MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor's Degree in mathematics from Bridgewater State College.

Bill Scudder Bill Scudder – Vice President and CIO
Sonus Networks

Bill joined Sonus in 2008 as Vice President and Chief Information Officer to drive technology innovation and transform how Sonus communicates and collaborates by using its own solutions internally.

A determined technology leader, Bill is an expert at organizational transformation and has extensively leveraged Cloud-based/SaaS solutions for efficiency and time-to-value advantage.

Prior to joining Sonus, Bill held positions as Senior Director at EMC, leading IT for its RSA Security Division after its acquisition and effecting the organizational and IT integration of the two companies, while also implementing a new CRM solution, From 2000-2006, he held senior IT positions at RSA Security, leading a number of large systems implementations. He held executive positions at Smith & Nephew, a $2B global manufacturer of medical devices and consumer healthcare products from 1992 until 2000.

Bill was named “2011 CIO of the Year” by the Massachusetts Technology Leadership and firmly believes in continually learning and evolving your “personal toolset.” Like US President Theodore Roosevelt, his personal style is to “speak softly and carry a big stick.”

Irwin Weiss Irwin Weiss – Vice President and CIO
Aspen Technology

Irwin is CIO at Aspen Technology and is responsible for global IT strategy, applications architecture, operations, governance and security.

A successful technology executive, Irwin has significant experience achieving business process effectiveness and innovation through implementation of global ERP, CRM and HR systems in both cloud-based SaaS and traditional on-premise models. He has demonstrated ability to deliver business analytics, global network operations excellence and integrate acquisitions.

Prior to Aspen, Irwin was CIO at Akamai and he helped lead the company's meteoric growth by providing the vision and leadership to drive business efficiencies, scale and superior customer service through a comprehensive information and technology architecture. He also drove the role of IT being an early adopter of the company's own technology to support sales and product development.

A graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Irwin also held positions as: VP of Information Technology at Marcam Solutions; Director of MIS at Viewlogic Systems; and Director of Applications Development at The Faxon Company.

Scott Devens Scott Devens – Sr. Vice President, Global Sales
Courion Corporation

Scott Devens is a cross-functional expert with over 25 years success in senior executive leadership roles covering sales, services, marketing, engineering and finance. Currently, he leads the global sales efforts at Courion Corporation, a leader in identity and access management (IAM) solutions. Previously, Scott was Vice President and General Manager of the Application Integration Division at Talend. Prior to Talend, he was responsible for leading global sales at Progress Software and IONA Technologies. Scott also held various senior management roles in sales and finance with EMC and Data General. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University and a Masters in Business Administration from Nichols College.
