Sales! It’s magic!
Really? The reality is, sales is both art (how to get people to say yes) and science (metrics). During this program, we will review how to introduce metrics into a sales process (what to track), how to build a CRM (how to track it), and demystify the sales process (what to do with the data you’ve tracked). Building a sales process that is tracked is the key to scaling an organization. This program will help you understand how to build and model your sales process, which in turn will help you grow your organization.
Speaker: Allan Tello of Startup Institute
Doors will open for networking at 9:30am.
This program is part of McCarter & English’s ongoing series at CIC on legal and business topics for entrepreneurs and emerging companies. Programs are held once or twice each month and are open to members of the CIC and their guests, as well as to the greater Boston entrepreneurial community.
