The Lean Presenter

We all know what a chore sitting through a bad presentation can be. It can be a challenge to create a presentation that's both engaging and memorable.

- What exactly should you say?
- How do you keep the audience engaged?
- How many slides should you have?

In this hands-on class, we'll explore the elements of Lean Methodology and apply them to the process of crafting a presentation. Participants are encouraged to come to the class with a presentation topic they would like to work on.

Key take-aways students will learn in the class

- Purpose, process and people of your presentation
- How to research and validate your message
- Use of the Lean Presentation Canvas for structuring your next presentation
- Kaizen your presentations and your presentation style
