Essential Techniques for Measuring Your Content

Instructor: Christine Perfetti

How can you be confident that your content pages are understandable? How do you assess if the content is appropriate for your audience? How do you ensure you’ve written content that effectively communicates the essential information? In this presentation, Christine Perfetti will share several powerful techniques for measuring your content, including:

  • 5 Second Tests: A popular low-tech technique to collect quick feedback on whether your content pages communicate clearly to readers.
  • Comprehension Surveys: A simple user research method to assess whether users understand your complex content.
  • Inherent-Value Tests: A two-phase test that explores whether your content communicates the intended value to readers.
