STG International, a social venture spun out of MIT, is developing and deploying novel solar energy technologies sized to provide electricity and hot water to off-grid clinics and schools. They are currently finishing construction of their first user-test installation at the Matjotjo Village Health Clinic in the Berea District of Lesotho. Come participate in a brainstorming session around key strategic issues they face as they scale up operations: innovative corporate structuring, creative hybrid fundraising models, and go-to-market/product development prioritization.
