Before you reach out to your first potential customer, it’s important to have the process in place to target them, move conversations forward, and project future success. Whether you are at an early stage startup or a mature company, knowing that you and your colleagues are on target to reach company goals is critical, and an effective sales pipeline will help you manage your time and hit your goals. This class will focus on the design and operation of a sales process: how to target potential customers, how to build and make projections about your pipeline, and what tools exist to help you manage the process.
