Putting together your business design is the first step for your business plan! 
Join us for this hands-on workshop as we will cover four main topics:
– Identification of your target customers
– Defining the problem you solve and the value of your solution
– Identification of the key resources and activities required to deliver value
-Financial viability
At the end of the evening you’ll leave with a copy of your business design! 
This workshop will be led by Valerie Kijewski, Associate Professor
at the UMass Lowell Manning School of Business
