Michael has over 25 years of experience in starting, building and leading world-class software companies. Prior to joining Continuum in 2011, Michael was the CEO of RFID software leader OATSystems. During his tenure, Michael successfully repositioned the company with a vertical market strategy and the company dominated several key market segments. OAT was acquired by Checkpoint Systems (NASDQ:CKPT) in June 2008.
Prior to OAT Michael was the CEO of Bowstreet. Michael joined Bowstreet in 2003 and successfully redefined the company as a leader in portal infrastructure composite applications. After significant growth the company was acquired by IBM (NYSE:IBM) in December 2005.
Early career experience includes being the CEO and holding other senior executive positions for Interlynx (acquired in 2000), TALX Corporation (NASDAQ: TALX acquired by Equifax NYSE:EFX in 2006), and DEKA R&D Corporation an innovator of minimally invasive infusion pump technology, a stair climbing wheelchair, and the human transporter SEGWAY. Michael is a graduate of Suffolk University where he served as a Trustee for 10 years. Michael also completed MIT's Birthing of Giants Executive MBA Program.
Dee Zepf joined Continuum in 2011 bringing with her over twenty years of software and product management experience.
Prior to Continuum, Dee was the Senior Director of Product at Care.com the largest and fastest growing online service for finding care providers. Dee was responsible for leading product management, release management, and user experience. Dee has a long track record of commitment to building great products and has held senior product positions at IBM, Bowstreet, Idealab, and Lotus Development. Dee is a graduate of Simmons College, with a B.A. in Economics and Computer Science.
Rob joined Continuum in 2012 and has more than 25 years of operations, technology management and consulting experience. He is responsible for all aspects of driving superior service quality at Continuum’s network operations center (NOC) and Service Desk. Rob is also responsible for Continuum’s IT Division.
Prior to joining Continuum, Rob was the principal of his own firm, RSA Consulting, where he led large-scale business and IT transformation initiatives costing hundreds of millions of dollars. Earlier, he was Executive Vice President – Operations and Technology at Sallie Mae, where he led more than 5,000 employees in internal IT, global call center and processing operations. Rob also served as Sallie Mae’s Chief Information Officer where he led the transformation of the IT division into a high performance, ROI-oriented, customer-focused organization. His experience includes management and consulting positions at Nellie Mae (acquired by Sallie Mae), Towers Perrin and Price Waterhouse. During his tenure at Sallie Mae, Autor was honored by Computerworld as one of its Premier 100 IT Leaders, and Sallie Mae was ranked #20 by Information Week in their Top 500 List of IT Innovators. Rob has a BS degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from the State University of New York.
Chris Paul is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Vice President of Engineering at Continuum Managed IT Services, responsible for the company’s engineering functions worldwide including those in Boston, Mumbai and the company’s R1Soft location in Houston, acquired in August 2014. He is responsible for taking Continuum’s product platform and portfolio to the next level of performance as the company continues its rapid growth and expansion. Chris was previously VP of Engineering at InsightSquared, the award-winning provider of Salesforce Analytics software for small and midsize companies.
Recognized for pioneering efforts in Software as a Service, high scale Internet computing, business intelligence and database systems, Chris held the positions of VP of Engineering at Blueleaf, VP of Engineering at Visible Measures, CTO at NameMedia, CTO at Brainshark and VP of Engineering at NetGenesis, among others.
Chris has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics with a computer science option from Carnegie-Mellon University.
Jeanne has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience and is renowned in data-driven, high-velocity demand creation marketing programs for high-growth SaaS companies. She joined Continuum in 2013 and is responsible for all acquisition and partner marketing initiatives.
Prior to Continuum, Jeanne was Executive Vice President and CMO at SmartBear Software where she led a 37-person inbound marketing team that increased the velocity of demand generation and revenue by focusing on sales & marketing alignment in addition to thought leadership content creation for the developer community. Prior to SmartBear, Jeanne was Vice President of Marketing at HubSpot, where her marketing leadership helped the company become the second-fastest growing software company in the Inc. 500, by generating over 50,000 net new leads each month. She was also CMO of MECLabs, owner of MarketingSherpa, MarketingExperiments, and InTouch, and Senior Director, Marketing Programs and Communications for Symmetricom. Jeanne is the coauthor of the book, “Go Mobile,” a step-by-step introductory look at starting mobile marketing efforts and the #1 best-selling mobile marketing book on Amazon.com.
Jeanne is the recipient of numerous awards including a Forrester Groundswell Award, MarketingSherpa B2B Awards, a Magellen Award, a NEDMA Gold Award, a Webby Award and various recognitions for email marketing programs, product catalogs and PR programs. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Western New England College and an MBA from Suffolk University, Sawyer School of Management.
Mark Connolly brings more than 20 years of sales and business development experience to Continuum. In his role as Vice President of Sales, he is responsible for driving revenue growth and strategic direction of the Continuum sales organization. Prior to joining Continuum, Mark worked as a sales consultant, developing growth strategies for early stage software companies. Mark has also served as the Vice President of Sales for several software companies (including Bowstreet, Watchfire, HealthcareSource and e-Credit), where he built and led the sales organizations and drove revenue growth from the companies' early stages. Mark was also a Director of Sales for IBM in the Lotus division, Vice President of Business Development for Computer Associates and held several sales and leadership positions with Kronos, Inc. He is a graduate of Northeastern University with a BA in Education.
Steve joined Continuum in 2011 and heads the company's business and corporate development initiatives, including the establishment and management of strategic relationships and OEM partnerships, as well as all merger & acquisition-related activity. Steve also leads Continuum's analytics strategy.
Prior to Continuum, Steve worked for Summit Partners, a Boston-based private equity and venture capital firm, where he focused on sourcing and executing enterprise software, internet and communications technology investments, including Summit's investment in Continuum. Steve was also actively involved with several Summit portfolio companies, including Fleetcor Technologies (NYSE: FLT) and Casa Systems.
In his spare time, Steve serves on the board of Good Benefits, a Cambridge-based technology startup working to stimulate philanthropy through the first “401k for charity." He also serves on the board of Minds Matter of Boston, a non-profit focused on helping high-achieving, under-resourced high school students in the Boston area access college educations. Steve graduated summa cum laude from Boston College with a BS in Management.
Stephen has more than 25 years of financial management experience in rapidly growing private, public and pre-IPO software, service and high-tech companies. Stephen joined Continuum in 2011 and he is responsible for the financial operations of the company.
Prior to Continuum, Stephen was CFO at Copanion, a leading provider of tax document automation applications. Steve's experience also includes CFO positions with OATSystems, a leading provider of RFID software solutions, CXO Systems, a provider of real-time operational intelligence software, Net to Net Technologies, a provider of network access solutions and Engage, a leading provider of enterprise marketing software and interactive media. At Engage, Steve led the company's $100MM+ IPO. Steve has a BS degree in Accounting at Merrimack College and an MBA in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College.
