As per SEC filings, ikaSystems has raised $12M in funding. ikaSystems is a healthcare payers’ provider of enterprise,
web-based technologies for commercial, Medicare and Medicaid lines of
business.

uTest, the
world’s leading provider of in-the-wild software testing services, today
announced it has acquired mobile app quality tools company, Apphance,
from its parent company, Polidea, in a seven-figure deal.
uTest acquires all intellectual property related to Apphance as well
as engineering talent that will maintain, extend and build new
functionality into what will go to market as uTest Apphance, a tool that will complement uTest’s in-the-wild testing services for mobile apps. In return, Polidea receives cash and equity in uTest. This is the first acquisition activity for either firm.
To meet growing demand from the magazine industry for a comprehensive technology solution for digital content publishing, industry leaders Godengo, Inc. (www.godengo.com) and Texterity, Inc. (www.texterity.com) today announced that they have joined forces to create the first unified platform that’s focused on helping publishers leverage digital, web, and mobile media. Under terms of the completed transaction, Godengo, the largest provider of content management systems for magazine publishers, has acquired Texterity, a leading provider of digital magazines and mobile applications. Terms of the private deal were not disclosed.
uTest, the leader for in-the-wild software testing, announced on their corporate blog today that they have completed a $17 million Series D round of funding. The round was led by QuestMark Partners, with full participation from all of uTest’s previous investors including Scale Venture Partners, Longworth Venture Partners, Egan-Managed Capital and Mesco Ltd. This latest round brings the company’s total funding to more than $37 million since its 2007 founding, and marks one of the largest investments ever made in a crowdsourcing company.
September 14, 2010: uTest, the world’s largest software testing marketplace, announced today that it has closed a $13 million C Round of financing, led by Scale Venture Partners on the West Coast. All previous investors participated fully in the round, including B Round investors, Longworth Venture Partners and Egan-Managed Capital. This brings uTest’s total funds raised to more than $20 million across three rounds since the end of 2007. With this investment, Sharon Wienbar, Managing Director with Scale Venture Partners, joins the uTest board.
